Roasted Rosemary Almonds

Description

These savory almonds are easy to make and take almost no time at all. Goes well with Kalamata olives and feta cheese as a small appetizer tray.

  • 2 cups dry roasted almonds, no salt added
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt (do not use regular table salt)

Methods/steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together almonds, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary until nuts are completely coated. Season with salt.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Additional Tips

If you are using raw almonds, increase the baking time to 25 minutes.
