Blue Cheese Alfredo with Broccoli |

Description
A twist on the classic alfredo sauce! The broccoli complements this blue cheese alfredo dressing deliciously!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cooked fettuccini pasta
- 2 cups cooked broccoli, cut into small trees
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 packet of dry Italian dressing mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream. Stir until cheeses are melted.
- Stir in the garlic and oil from the pan. Season with Italian dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
- Toss sauce with hot pasta and broccoli, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Top with any extra blue cheese.
