Service at Taqueria is fast and efficient and the food is absolutely delicious!
Modeled after traditional Mexican taco stands, Taqueria del Sol offers refreshing Mexican a la carte dishes such as tacos, enchiladas, spicy refried beans and Mexican rice. Highly recommended is the veggie taco. Served on a soft flour-tortilla shell and filled with vegetarian jalapeno refried beans, queso blanco and roasted tomatillo sauce, these tacos are a spicy treat! Order two or three for a filling lunch.
Prices at Taqueria cannot be beat! With tacos a bit over $2 and side dishes ranging from $1-$2, this restaurant is definitely an affordable lunch spot. The only drawback to Taqueria is their uncustomary hours. Most locations close at 2pm after the lunch rush and then reopen for dinner at 5:30pm. Taqueria del Sol is also closed all day Sundays and for dinners on Mondays.
